Wayfare United Recognized in China for Completing Quality Due Diligence
On October 11, 2015, Wayfare United, its principal, Justin Neelis, and its current EB-5 Project was recognized in front of 200+ migration agents in Beijing, China for completing thorough investigation and significant due diligence on their projects, aimed to provide a layer of protection for the EB-5 investors and their representative migration agent(s). Also, in attendance was Senator Mattie Hunter (D) from Chicago, Illinois and Former Senator Scott Brown (R) from Massachusetts showing their support for their EB-5 Program.
“It was a phenomenal event that recognized the best in the business from both the United States and China. With more than 200 migration agents in attendance, which represented a large majority of the EB-5 Chinese migration agent market, it was a great honor for Wayfare to be recognized as a premier EB-5 financial service firm. The entire EB-5 industry is facing unprecedented times, which will undoubtedly lead to more much compliance, regulation and transparency requirements. Completing the necessary due diligence and having the involvement of a FINRA member Broker Dealer in the evaluation and subsequent sale of EB-5 securities is critical to the overall improvement of the EB-5 industry as a whole. Wayfare United is proud to be recognized as an industry leader.
Being Registered Representatives of FINRA member Broker Dealer in the US and also having a Certified Public Accountant as one of our principals, Wayfare United has uniquely positioned itself to continue raising the bar for EB-5 investment quality. By focusing on extensive due diligence, we aim to structure and raise EB-5 capital only for high-quality investments, in full compliance with United States securities laws and regulations, so our investors have the best opportunity to receive permanent residency and also have their investment capital, plus interest, returned. We are the investor’s financial “eyes and ears” by servicing the project’s loan and overseeing the investor’s immigration filings throughout the investment, so they can focus on immigrating to the United States with their families.” – Justin Neelis, Co-Founder of Wayfare United.
